Information about automated processing of personal data when visiting this website

When visiting www.pre-sense.de, provaia.pre-sense.de, janus.pre-sense.de and www.provaia.de personal data will be processed only for technical reasons in order to provide the requested website.
For the purpose of serving the website two logfiles are created:

An access log as well as
an error log.

Before being stored in any log file any IP address is anonymized by discarding the last octet (IPv4). Based on the state of the art no person can be identified from this data. Therefore the log files do not contain any personal data and processing of personal data ends with transmitting the website’s content to the recipient’s device.

The following data set is processed:

IP address,
Source port,
Timestamps (both client and server),
Requested URL,
HTTP referrer
as well as other possibly personal related data fields which are provided by the configuration of the user’s web browser.

The web server discards all data that is not required to provide the webpage respectively log the access or error. Since the webpage is static, no personal data is used to dynamically generate the website’s content.
No HTTP cookies are processed or stored on the user’s client.

Recipients of the log files are the administrators of the respective services. The data is exclusively used to correct errors or misconfigurations and is deleted afterwards. No data is transferred to a third country.

You can exercise your rights as subject of personal data processing

Since an automated anonymization is executed at once, Articles 15 to 20 do not apply to this processing based on Article 12 (2) in conjunction with Article 11 (2) 1 GDPR.

You can exercise the right to object by closing the browser tab and/or cancelling the request. No further automated processing will be carried out. Then using this website is not possible.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling carried out when visiting this website (Article 22 GDPR).
